We visited King Emlak in February of this year on a recommendation, it's daunting enough buying property abroad so a recommendation was much appreciated.   It soon became apparent on our first meeting with Faz and Sez that they were very good at their job and we were immediately at ease with them, they listened to us and made a list of all the properties they thought would fit our criteria, they then arranged for us to view them and even though there were a lot of properties there was no rush and no pressure to buy, that was such a welcome relief.   Since this was our first purchase abroad we had a lot of questions for Faz and Sez and they were very clear and informative on the whole process start to finish.   We would definitely recommend King Emlak to others as not only did they help us find our ideal villa but have also assisted us in other aspects, i.e. the air conditioning units, the furniture and furnishings and the maintenance, this goes beyond the average estate agent.   On our return home they have continued to stay in touch and have kept us updated on the progress via email, they have provided and maintained an excellent service throughout.

When I first came to Dalyan trying to decide if it was a place where I wanted to buy a property & spend quality time, Faz & Ses immediately made me feel welcome.  I felt assured that they would show me a range of properties that suited my needs , which they duly did by taking me to visit everything. Nothing was too much trouble.  All my questions were and have been answered. They arranged all the paperwork & legalities in Turkey- leaving me with nothing to worry about..

Then when the purchase was complete & I visited for the first time, they were there to deal with all the little jobs needed to make my new property feel like home.

I cannot speak highly enough of the service they have given me, everything they promised they would do, they have done . They have been professional & efficient but above all trustworthy and friendly.

Earlier this year I bought a three bedroom villa from King Emlak and, in all honesty, it was the least stressful property purchase I have ever made.  Both its partners are truly bilingual English/Turkish, one is British born one and the other a Dalyan native, and that reduced my worries a great deal.  But what is really excellent about King Emlak is the quality of the service - they are 100% customer focused.  As a prospective buyer, I could not fault them at any stage of process - from the well designed website (informative, with good images and up to date - unlike many of the others I viewed), through the speedy email responses, to the way I was treated in Dalyan.  The day we spent viewing was beautifully organised: Faz had an in-depth knowledge of the villas and apartments we saw and, more to the point, did not at any stage attempt to cover up any issues or potential problems we raised.

I would recommend King Emlak to anyone - it is a young, client-centred business and one that truly understands the needs and concerns of those considering buying 'a place in the sun'.
