Conveyancing and Private Sales

Some clients arrange private sales (often to acquaintances in the UK) and therefore do not need our property finding or marketing services.  In these instances we provide a conveyancing service to ensure that the property in question is debt free and to gather and submit the necessary documents and maps for military clearance procedures.

Our charge for conveyancing services is fixed at £300.
